These terms describe the use of lacapillarestaurant.com and merchandise purchases from La Capilla Restaurant doing business as La Capilla Cantina ("La Capilla," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply together with the order details and policies presented for a purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain in effect. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

Restaurant information and inquiries

Menus, hours, prices, promotions, availability, and photographs describe our offerings but may change. Contact the relevant restaurant to confirm current details, especially for holidays, special events, dietary needs, or large groups. Submitting the website contact form does not by itself confirm a reservation, catering booking, or other service. A booking requires our express confirmation of the arrangements.

Tell restaurant staff about allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Menu descriptions do not guarantee the absence of an allergen or cross-contact. Alcohol service is subject to applicable age, identification, and licensing requirements.

Website merchandise orders
